'Lovely GP and unlike many others you can fill in a form online to request an appointment. They assess what you need and get back to you very quickly. This is an excellent service as it stops the waiting on the phone to try and get an appointment first thing in the morning. This is usually the busiest time for a parent! The website is also super handy and it's nice to see they have used technology to improve efficiency. The doctors are friendly and understanding. I have had only good experience any time I went there. You tend to get an appointment very quickly for the children and me. There can be abit of a wait when you get there but I haven't come across any GP that doesn't have a wait. Just shows they take their time to assess patients.'

'I called the surgery for my daughter as I thought she had a throat infection the doctor called me within an hour of submitting my request & had my daughter in the surgery 10 mins after the phone call for a check up! We saw the Doctor and he was really friendly & calm and made my daughter feel very comfortable as she has anxiety going to the doctors. Overall very happy with the service at this surgery.'
